Advocating for local businesses since 1999
The mission of the Employers Association is improvement of the local business area for the benefit of members and their employees through communication with each other, the community, and the city about issues of common interest and concern in affiliation with the Franklinton Board of Trade.
In September 2000, the City of Columbus, Department of Trade and Development, the Department of Economic Development and Planning Services, the Planning Office, and the Franklinton Board of Trade along with 21 representatives from local businesses in the corridor approved the McKinley Avenue Corridor Plan.
